Pipeline and terminal work in Saudi Arabia ranges from new sections being pre-commissioned to valve changes and repairs on lines that carry crude, products, gas or water. Large-bore flanges with many studs need even load, and coastal joints battle corrosion.
Lines are cleared with nitrogen purging and opened with pipe cold cutting, so no sparks are needed near product. Large flanges are closed with bolt tensioning, and repaired sections are proven by hydrotesting.
For new pipelines we deliver the full pre-commissioning sequence: testing, dewatering, drying and inerting before first product.

Can you open a pipeline without hot work?
Yes. We purge the line with nitrogen and cut it with cold cutting machines, which produce no sparks.
Do you pre-commission new pipelines?
Yes. We test, dewater, dry and inert pipeline sections and record every step.
How do you bolt very large flanges?
Usually with multi-tool hydraulic tensioning, which loads several studs at once for an even gasket load.
