Yes. We record finish, flatness and material removed for each face in the format the project needs.
How much material do you remove from a flange face?
Only enough to clean up the damage, usually a fraction of a millimetre. We measure first and never machine below the thickness the rating allows.
Do you reassemble the joint after facing in NEOM?
Yes. Our bolting crew can fit the new gasket and tighten the joint to a calculated load, so one team is responsible for the result.
